This Terms of Service section applies to all custom printed products produced by TundraGeek Creations, LLC, including but not limited to stickers, decals, labels, and similar printed goods (“Printed Products”). All Printed Products are custom-made to order.

Artwork Submission & Print Preparation

Customers are responsible for providing artwork suitable for print reproduction.

To meet production requirements, TundraGeek Creations, LLC may perform minor technical adjustments to customer-provided artwork. These adjustments may include, but are not limited to:
– Cleaning up edges
– Adding custom cut lines
– Upscaling to improve clarity for print

These adjustments are limited to print preparation and do not constitute graphic design services.

TundraGeek Creations, LLC is not responsible for print quality issues resulting from low-resolution, compressed, or otherwise poor-quality source files provided by the customer.

If artwork requires substantial recreation, repair, or redesign beyond basic print preparation, additional fees may apply or the order may be declined.

Proofing & Approval

Digital proofs will be provided via email or the messaging platform through which the customer initiated the order.

Production will not begin until written approval is received from the customer.

Once a proof has been approved, the order is considered final. Changes requested after approval may not be possible and, if accommodated, may incur additional fees and production delays.

Failure to respond to proof communications in a timely manner may delay production and delivery timelines.

Intellectual Property Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to reproduce any submitted artwork, including all necessary permissions, licenses, and approvals.

TundraGeek Creations, LLC does not verify intellectual property ownership and assumes no liability for infringement claims arising from customer-submitted artwork.

TundraGeek Creations, LLC reserves the right to refuse any order that may infringe intellectual property rights, violate applicable law, or contain unlawful or prohibited content.

Production Method (Off-Site and In-House)

Most Printed Products are produced through an off-site production partner.

For adult-themed or generally not-safe-for-work (NSFW) designs, Printed Products will be produced in-house on pre-cut stock. For in-house NSFW production:
– Custom shapes, die-cutting, and contour-cutting are not available
– Material, finish, and size options may be limited

Turnaround Times

Standard turnaround time for Printed Products is 7–10 business days from proof approval, unless otherwise communicated in writing.

Turnaround times are estimates and may be impacted by customer response time during proofing, material availability, production partner delays, shipping carrier delays, or events outside the Company’s control.

TundraGeek Creations, LLC does not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless explicitly agreed to in writing prior to production.

Durability, Use, and Outdoor Application Disclaimer

Unless explicitly specified in writing at the time of order, TundraGeek Creations, LLC makes no guarantees or representations that Printed Products are waterproof, weatherproof, UV-resistant, dishwasher-safe, suitable for outdoor use, or suitable for vehicle use.

If durability characteristics (such as waterproofing or UV resistance) are required, the customer must request these specifications prior to proof approval and production.

No guarantees are made regarding longevity or performance under outdoor exposure, vehicle application, environmental conditions, improper surface preparation, or improper installation.

Color, Cut, and Print Variations

Printed colors may vary from on-screen previews due to differences in monitor calibration, printing processes, and material finishes.

Minor variations in color, finish, alignment, or cut tolerance are inherent to custom printing and do not constitute defects.

Returns, Refunds, and Defects

All Printed Products are custom-made. No returns or refunds are accepted for custom printed items.

Customers must inspect their order upon receipt. Manufacturing defects attributable to production errors must be reported within a reasonable timeframe and supported with clear photographic evidence.

If a verified manufacturing defect is identified, TundraGeek Creations, LLC may, at its discretion, reprint the affected items or otherwise correct the defect where possible.

Minor color variation, dissatisfaction with design choices after proof approval, or issues resulting from customer-provided artwork are not considered defects.

Cancellations

Printed Product orders may be canceled prior to proof approval.

Once proof approval has been received, the order enters production and cannot be canceled.

Force Majeure / Events Outside Our Control

TundraGeek Creations, LLC is not responsible for delays, production interruptions, or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to production partner delays or failures, shipping carrier delays, supply shortages, natural disasters, severe weather, power or internet outages, labor disruptions, government actions, or any other circumstances outside the Company’s control.

In such cases, the customer will be notified when reasonably possible and the order timeline will be adjusted accordingly.
